Terra Lingua USA is a not-for-profit, educational organization dedicated to promoting language education and international understanding by providing family homestay immersion experiences. We offer affordable and quality cultural exchanges through an experienced and caring network.
Terra Lingua USA, founded in October 1997, is established as a not-for-profit educational organization to coordinate activities in the U.S.
Terra Lingua USA has foreign partners in Brazil, France, Germany, Russia, South Korea, and Spain, and has helped many young people discover a new appreciation for our global community while enhancing their language skills.
Terra Lingua USA is represented in the United States and abroad by an experienced network of local and state coordinators who work in cooperation with students, host families, and foreign language teachers. Our coordinators and local representatives are foreign language teachers, host families, previous exchange students! They are responsible for screening, placement, orientation, and providing one-on-one ongoing support to the students and host families.
